He has been managing the award-winning EQ Positive Impact Portfolios since their launch in 2012. He is also managing an innovative passive sustainable investment solution called the EQ Future Leaders Portfolios. Damien enthusiastically spreads the word of sustainable and impact investing to financial advisers across the country by explaining how clients can achieve their financial goals while also making a positive contribution to society and the environment. Before joining EQ Investors, Damien worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is also a CFA charter holder.
